At Kite Provo, we teach on every windy day whether it is sunny or overcast. Every now and then, the wind might not cooperate, in which case we re-schedule you for the next available spot. If it is not possible to reschedule to complete the lesson, we simply refund for that amount. If you do not hear from us it means the lesson is a go and we expect you to show up.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48hrs notice for any cancellation. From December 21st to January 6th and March 7th to April 30th, we do not accept any cancellations. It is our busiest time of the year. We are a small intimate company and last minute cancellations are devastating to our business. No shows are charged in full.

Payment Process

We require full payment in advance for all reservations in order to book your spot and instructor. No lesson is considered booked until we have the payment information. No shows are charged in full.
