The Turks & Caicos Islands boast a variety of kiteboarding conditions. Friendly to the beginner of the sport, we have shallow flat water bays with consistent winds. Turtle Tail Bay being our favorite.

This is where most of KiteProvo's Kiteboarding Fundamentals H2O lessons are conducted.

Next we take you to Long Bay. Long Bay has been appropriately named. This bay on Providenciales is approximately 2 miles long with shallow water as far as the horizon. There are very few places in this vast bay that the water is over your head. Mostly soft sandy bottom with an occasional conch shell or sea grass. It is the most popular place for the local kiteboarders to ride.

Here is Long Bay. A favorite of local kiteboarders. Our predominant wind direction (E, SE)  makes Long Bay wind side on or onshore winds.

When the North or NE winds are blowing its off to Grace Bay. For the more advanced rider Grace Bay will give you swells to chop hop, shore break to surf, and for the very advanced rider there is the north shore reef to kitesurf. The reefs waves come in multi layers at times reaching 6-10ft high.
